The Alpine CDE-122 - Featuring iPhone Pandora Control
Simple Plug-in with Front USB Port and Front Aux Input
With a dedicated USB input and USB cable, you can even connect USB memory devices like thumbdrives, USB hard drives or an iPod. Song lists on USB devices are displayed in alphabetical order, and allows eight levels of file / folder search capabilities. This unit will find music files while ignoring other file types on the USB device. Note: MP3 device or cell phone cannot be independently controlled through the head unit.

For especially big music libraries, Percentage Search function uses the preset buttons for quick jumps to specific parts of the list. Save yourself from scrolling through each song one by one, when you can just jump to a segment of your library with a touch of a button.
iPod/iPhone Passenger Control
Friends managing music in your car earning the coveted passenger seat just got easier. The CDE-122 has Passenger Control Mode that gives the passenger direct control (play/pause, track up/down) on the iPod or iPhone.

In addition to additional devices via USB or the auxiliary port, the CDE-122 offers first-rate CD,MP3, WMA, and AAC playback. Its the perfect way to fire up the music on your drive.
Search and Volume Control
The signature Alpine rotary encoder offers easy adjustment and USB menu search capability. The CDE-122 is also remote control ready, simply add on the RUE-4202 model remote, sold separately, to make it even easier to control your head unit functions.
